I'm looking to rent a rural cottage in roughly the Carrick/Ballinamore/Keshcarrigan and Drumshanbo area if possible. The property doesn't have to be in top condition, as long as there is a shower/toilet that works lol and place to sleep etc. Can do some work on it if necessary, no problem. I prefer cash in hand, just between the two of us. Rent must be reasonable. Can negotiate terms that suit both of us, anything at all! Must be private location (for my sunbathing lol).
