Chicco 4in1 crib & chair Crib/Recliner/High chair/Low chair New chicco crib mattress that was barely used included if wanted & sheet. Compatible mattress for the high chair straps needs to be purchased. In very good condition. Was used for 2 babies. The first used all the functions and the second only used it occasionally for sleeping. The outer casings of the 4 wheels came off, and we never replaced. The wheels work, but just not as efficiently.
