Buying from here for a few years. Stuff for the garage and garden.  Always good value and prompt delivery.  Had my first issue with a product I bought end of January.  Sent them on a photo of the broken part. Technician phoned me the next day. Went through the issue. Very helpful.  Sent me on a replacement part the next day but also gave me the option of bringing to them to replace.  Very impressed by the professional attitude.  Thanks guys. David R

My husband recently purchased a few tools in person and was assisted by the most helpful staff and mentioned James as being very helpful, pleasant and patient to deal with. There were great bargains and the quality of service was excellent. We will definitely return and highly recommend IGE to others.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They sell poor-quality equipment that breaks multiple times, and when you try to return it, they refuse to take it back or refund your money. Even when they finally agree to accept the faulty equipment, they fail to issue a refund. It’s been 14 days since I returned the faulty item to their shop, and I still haven’t received my money back.
