3 bedroomed villa with private pool in Nerja

We are taking bookings for 2026 The following are the only available dates for 2025. All other dates are UNAVAILABLE Thursday May 15th to Thursday 22nd Sat June 7th to Sunday 22nd. Nerja is a beautiful town just 45 minutes drive from Malaga Our villa has three spacious bedrooms (sleeps 6) Bedroom 1: King size double bed with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 :1 Extra large double bed with two single matresses on it. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds Main bathroom with bath and shower. Air conditioning in all rooms. Upstairs there is a well equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge and dining area leading on to a large terrace with fantastic views of the Mediterranean.. Our own private pool has 6 sun beds for your use as well some children's toys. There is parking off road in our driveway. Through a gate in our back garden there is access to the lovely communal swimming pool and beautiful maintained gardens. The villa is situated in a peaceful location about 2 kms from the town. A number of small pretty coves are within walking distance of the villa. It's just 4 minutes walk to the nearest lovely beach. There are three very good restaurants nearby and there are numerous restaurants In Nerja town serving traditional food at very reasonable prices. Nearest shop is 10 mins walk away but there's a bus every hour from our house into Nerja for just €1. It returns up to midnight during the summer months. We have a built in barbecue in the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of appliances, kitchen ware and utensils. Free wifi. Price includes air conditioning in all rooms, electricity and end of stay cleaning.
