Lovely holiday house, in a colourful and well maintained estate, in the beautiful seaside town of St Jean de Monts. Sleeps 5. Living/dining/kitchen area, master bedroom, shower/wc on ground floor. Mezzanine area for extra relaxation/sleeping. Double door exit to sunny south east facing garden/patio. Canopy for relaxed outdoor dining or as an extension to the living area. Choice of 2 outdoor pools from mid June to mid September, nearest of which is 25 metres away. Dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, small oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, TV French channels and DVD player, small stereo. Garden furniture and electric grill for comfy outside living. Fabulous sandy beaches 1.5km away; lots of forest trails and cycleways; lively and friendly seaside town with twice weekly markets; great cafes, restaurants and bars, entertainment galore, for young and old. Locally you will find fabulous sandy beaches, panoramic Big Wheel, horse riding, water sports, quad bikes, water park, golf and mini golf, Velo rail ( like a pedalo on former train tracks), canoeing and so much more. Or why not spend your time lounging by the pool and strolling through the picturesque estate? Great base for excursions to the Loire Valley, historic Nantes, the fantastic Puy du Fou theme park, Planete Sauvage Safari Park, or the intimate zoo in Les Sables d’Olonne, little fishing towns of St Gilles Croix de Vie or Noirmutier, are but a few.
