- Apartamento Barisa marina (Sea breeze apartment) This beautiful, modern apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite, the other with two single beds next to a second bathroom. The couch in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances; dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc. There is a large Smart T.V. in the living room and the apartment has an air-conditioning/heating system and free Wi-Fi. The apartment can be accessed by stairs, or a lift, and a free, secure car-parking space is available for the apartment along with an individual space for storing a bicycle. The apartment is new and was only completed in December 2021. If you look up 'Flamenca Village’, Playa Flamenca, on Google you will see all of the features and amenities of the complex, e.g., Large heated swimming pool, Children's Pools, Pool Bar, Gym, Sauna, Jacuzzi etc. If you look up Google Maps you will see that the Flamenca Village complex is very well situated, i.e., Supermarket and French Pastry-Coffee shop are right next door; It is a short walk to the nearest beach (approx. 7 minutes); short walk to ‘La Zenia Boulevard’ (approx. 7 minutes); the Playa Flamenca Market on Saturdays is literally 2 minutes from the complex and the apartment is within walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants, shops & pharmacies. A number of beautiful Golf Courses are a short drive away, e.g. Villamartin Golf Course (Approx.10 minutes), Campoamor (Approx. 12 minutes). Rate: 8th Nov to 18th Dec is €400/7 nights or €750 for two weeks (14nights) Security Deposit: 200 Euros. Will be returned following inspection of apartment after departure.
