There's opposing views expressed here.  Personally,   I found the staff friendly and helpful and trustworthy.  They are trusted by customers who bid online. The service isn't cheap but it is quality.

Great friendly staff, mostly you can buy great products

The three members of staff I dealt with were extremely pleasant and helpful,  especially the girl on the desk.  Lovely smile and clear directions to where I needed to go.

Bot something from there online. Wanted to book a collection slot for courier to collect. First to times i was told the invoice is wrong (although i copy pasted it from their email) and that i'm contacting the wrong branch (although i used their provided email). Next two times i was just ignored. They took my money and just ignored me. Very unprofessional and incompetent.

Had a very negitive experience selling an item.

Staff was very lathergic and seems not to bothered at reception counter to helping out the public and its customers in selling item's in its disposal auction hall.

Make you waiting forever whilst talking about their personal lives. As if you're not in the room. Unhelpful in aiding you with the forms. Was unhelpful in helping me in offloading a heavy  item. Was glad I brought a pulling truck of my own in the trailer.

No communication to the customer on the progress of selling item's. An very reluctant to check the computer for how much item's sell for. Very rude negitive telephone manner. Receptionist will tell you nothing forthcoming.

Very impolite, very unprofessional. Mallusk branch more helpful. Would recommend the owner of the company puts his staff on a new customer relations course ASAP. AVOID.
