EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING PERFORMANCE AND CUSTOMER BACKUP SUPPORT.

Bought the 'Aqua Blaster' from applied and it is an absolute disaster to use it is impossible to keep the visor clean from spray when blasting even if the water is put to a low setting and you cannot see what you are doing, we tried numerous endless different ways including the applied visor.

1/ we bought the anti fog faceshield for €100 and it is the same cheap vision that you can buy in any hardware shop , it is still a big problem with fogging up.

2/ the aqua Blaster struggles to get water to the nozzle very difficult to get suction on a brand new machine .

3/ in the end we only used the machine twice as it is absolutely not user friendly we now stick to dry blasting which is much much better and far easier.

4/ We purchased hosing from applied only to be sent completely the wrong items and they wouldn't answer the phone , after a few poor attempts with dealing with there unprofessionalism we decided to write this review.
