Connemara Pony

Night's Star Girl is a fabulous Connemara breeding Mare who has bred foals for the last two years. She is covered by a show jumper, Aughnanure Leo. This stallion is an ideal outcross with a high genetic value. His ongoing performance record includes winning the Millstreet Pony Discovery, 3rd in the 1.15m Scottish home ponies, wins up to 1.20m, 2nd in Aintree at competitive classes up to 1.20m plus winning an 1.25m intermediate Grand Prix. Since his return to Ireland, he has numerous wins at 1.10m, won the Equitation qualifier for the Dublin Horse Show, and placed 5th in the final. Aughnanure Leo has been winning consistently throughout 2019 and will continue to compete under saddle for 2020 . His son Boy Leanna recently competed for Norway in the European’s and was the Norwegian Event Pony Champion 2018, team Gold medal winner in the Scandinavian/Baltic championships 2018 and individual Gold medal winner 2019.
