Very disappointed about the dealer. We took contact on Wednesday 23 October 2024 to buy a car Hyundai IX35. The dealer contacted us by phone and promised to deliver the car on Monday 28 October 2024 at 3 PM. We told him it was a bank Holiday, but he said NO PROBLEM we work 7 days a week also for delivery. We were waiting the driver from 2.45 PM till 5.20 PM and nobody came to deliver. I contacted the garage by phone several times, I also contacted the mobile several times, send message via WhatsApp at 3.52 PM and now at 5.25 PM message is even not read. It is a total lack of respect for people and there time.
