Discover the timeless allure of the Star Fox – a Freeman 26 from the 1960s A lovely little entry level cruiser. Easy to handle, 4 berth classic. Our little project boat that's running like a dream but needs a bit of work to reach its full potential. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to part with her and wont be able to restore her to her full potential. 90% of the remain work is cosmetic, this would be a lovely project for someone looking to put their own stamp on a boat. The Star Fox has brought up to modern safety standards. In 2021 the engine was reseated, prop seal, stern gland, motor water inlet, bilge pumps and seacocks were all replaced. The toilet was updated with a modern eclectic toilet. Sturdier deck rails were install. There was a small leak in that was seals and several panel were replaced with certified marine grad ply. Also a new natural gas box was installed and gas lines were replaced. A full survey was completed in 2021 and the boat qualifies for fully comp insurance.
