Lambretta ld 125

Imported from Trevizo in Italy around 7 years ago, this totally unrestored scooter arrived in Ireland with a seized engine and in generally poor health. The engine was totally rebuilt with new piston, barrel ,bearings etc. New brakes and cables were fitted along with new clutch and white wall tyres. The scooter now runs and drives ( and stops ) great. In the interest of protecting the provenance and maintaining the value of this wonderful scooter, the patina has been left and the paintwork sprayed with protective lacquer. As well as the original luggage rack, a spare wheel and bracket is included in the sale should the new owner prefer. This lovely piece of history will make a great addition to a collection as well as being used in vintage rallies etc.
