Baulks and pockets to make a 6x3’ (actual dimensions below) snooker table. Original table bought in house contents sale on Gardiner St in 1975. Same construction as full size tables. Here’s what I’ve found online about this table. Made by Atlas Co. of Stanley Road, Woodford in East London. Atlas Co. specialised in making table top billiard tables. 
In 1969 Atlas Co. was bought by Sams Bros Ltd and they were amalgamated to form Sam-Atlas Ltd. It is solid mahogany, with a fabulous patina. At least 56 years old. Size is 32 1/2 inches by 63 inches.
