Currently, the shed is divided into three divisions, but it can be opened out into two or one full unit if required. 12ft high timber stud walls separate the units. The unit shown in the photos has floor space of approx. 15 x 34 ft (approx 510 ft2). This unit can be immediately made available. The next unit has floor space of approx. 26 x 34 ft (approx 885 ft2). This unit is expected to be available from the start of May. The last unit has floor space of approx. 113 x 34 ft (approx 3,840 ft2). This unit is expected to be available from the middle of May. The haybarn section is approx. 16.5ft high to the eaves plus the additional height with the semi-circle roof. The lean-to is approx. 12ft high to the roof trusses. The front of the units have approx. 7ft long corrugated sheeting installed permanently from the eaves down and 10ft long sheeting installed on four gates to act as 7ft and 8ft wide doors. The largest unit has a concrete base at the front doors and an approx. 16 x 16ft door to the side of the unit. The units have florescent lights. Short or long-term leases are both possibilities. The site is located in Prosperous, and the entrance is off a main road and is accessibe for artic trucks. The M7 and M4 motorways are approx. 12 km and 14 km drive respectively from the site. Thanks.
