A sealed circuit protects this welder against moisture, salt spray and corrosion making it suitable for use offshore. This welder has PFC (Power Factor Correction) so it is suitable for use where voltage supply is low or on extension leads. The digital display allows for accurate adjustment of the welder's output. This welder includes a range of features such as hot start, where the welder automatically increases the welding current temporarily, to safely ignite and stabilise the arc, an anti-stick feature automatically reduces the welding current when the electrode accidentally gets stuck, this prevents the electrode from annealing and the ARC force control monitors the welding current and voltage and eliminates short circuits quickly and safely. Also equipped with VRD (voltage reduction at idle) This welder is supplied with a 3m electrode holder and earth.
