My husband recently purchased a few tools in person and was assisted by the most helpful staff and mentioned James as being very helpful, pleasant and patient to deal with. I had to buy a power washer with everything else needed to start a power washing business. The service received by James was flawless. He was very well-informed, fair, and honest. I ended up buying everyone, had a generous discount at the end, and everything went smooth.

As for repairs, if something goes wrong, they are by far the best!

I bought a one inch set of sockets and a couple of other air tools from Kevin who was extremely knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful and polite. He even helped me to bring my tools out to the van. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They sell poor-quality equipment that breaks multiple times, and when you try to return it, they refuse to take it back or refund your money. Even when they finally agree to accept the faulty equipment, they fail to issue a refund. It’s been 14 days since I returned the faulty item to their shop, and I still haven’t received my money back.
