The Makita JN1601 nibbler as with all nibblers punches out a small half moon shape from the material being cut and with the way Makita have designed the profile of the cutting head, it allows for the cutting of flat sheet and corrugated material from the same die which is a cost saving compared to other manufacturers as a 2nd die head for corrugated materials must be purchased at an extra cost, couple that with the feature that allows the rotation of the die head through 360 degrees the Makita JN1601 is a very user friendly tool.
