One Day Improvers Woodturning Course with Seamus Cassidy Saturday 9th November 2024 Time: 9.30am – 4.00pm Our one day improvers woodturning course is ideal for individuals who have done a previous woodturning course and it is suitable for those up to intermediate level. The project is a 3 piece lamp in Beech and will be a similar design to the photograph. Timber will be provided and a wiring kit will be supplied for you to assemble at home. The course will cover turning between centres, beads & coves, long hole boring and four jaw self-centring chucks. It is designed to cover many aspects of turning including tool selection, sharpening, equipment, skills and safety. Also provided is an apron & safety wear.
