Single and Double bed Room Available for immediate Occupancy A comfortable single and double bed room is available from 2nd January 2025 to 19th June 2025 in a quiet residential area at The paddocks, Castletroy. This is a prime location, is within easy walking distance of local amenities, including Castletroy shopping town, cinema, restaurant and university of Limerick (UL). You will be sharing the accommodation with two other individuals who value peaceful, tidy and respectful living environment. We are seeking a similar easy going, considerate individual to join the household. Please note, pets are not allowed. - Rent is €870 for double bed and €615 for single bedroom, rent is due every 19th of each month -Deposit equivalent to a month rent - Utilities: Rent includes bin collection, WiFi is € 50.99 every month and shared between the 3 tenants. Gas and Electricity Bill comes every 2 months and will be shared between the tenants.
