mini Micro Deluxe red LED scooter

A 3-wheel mini Micro Deluxe scooter in red with light up wheels. Suitable for 2-5 year olds, weight up to 50kg, height up to 110cm. Handles can be removed for travel and storage. It's been stored outside but sheltered. However, it's developed dark mould stains on the handlebar plastic, it's been cleaned and bleached, but doesn't come off. The stains though are cosmetic as the feel of the plastic is the same and the staining doesn't transfer.
