I’m a fan of MF auto. For years I have trusted their knowledge of the vw vehicles. They always explain everything in detail and they also take pictures to show and tell what needs to be done and what has been done. Honestly I would never dream of taking my vw bug to another company. These MFer’s know their stuff. Great people. Great quality service at a reasonable price. I so very highly recommend.

The work was done amazingly quickly. The service was friendly and clear. Excellent guidance on what future work could be done, with the sense no one was trying to sell me anything. It was not cheap, but I think that is the nature of German cars, not an issue with MF.

Being new to E. TN, and having car issues, I went through several shops including the dealer. All quoting ridiculous amounts of money to MAYBE fix a problem! Absolute Shysters!!

Had my car painted by Matt. The paint had multiple shades of yellow on it, and has chunks of paint falling off of it. I was in his front office and one of his guys talking to another said he wouldn't use their painter and Wes looked at him when he said it. Several other things were broken on the car that were never fixed. Matt kept my car at his shop for 2 years. He makes alot of promises he doesn't keep. He may know what he is doing but the people working for him doesn't. I seen one of them pull a customer car off the lift and slammed it into the shop wall. The only way there are 5 star reviews is they are fake. I read another comment about him yelling at an old lady. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your work done.
