For me as a business man I found the service here appalling. I drove from the Midlands to view anti vandal units. This was Tuesday. I was very interested in a particular 20 x 9 unit. I explained that the following day I was away for a medical procedure and that I would be in contact the next day Thursday. They said they would hold. As agreed, I rang on Thursday to purchase but they sold the unit. Not even a call or mail to inform me of the situation. They then told me they had a similar unit arriving the following week and they would contact me straight away. That was 3 weeks ago and zero contact. My €7k has now been spent with one of their competitors who was very professional and thankful for my business.
