Much loved Mercedes 814. PSV until May 25 Very good condition for age and well maintained both mechanically and bodywork. Even the MOT guy commented how good she is underneath! New front tyres 3 years ago, all 4 back new in 2023. New skirts and lockers 2023 Brakes in 2024 Aluminium and rubber floor Aluminium / steel ramp which is well sprung - a single person can handle. Space for 3 large ponies / small horses. Unladen is just under 6T & 23 foot. Semi coach-build conversion History know for last 3 homes Internal steps! Great batteries & isolator, always starts 1st time winter/summer Happily trucks down the motorway at 55mph / she’s been all over, Cork many times & England for PC champs. Super living for her size - best luton according to the kids, spacious and comfortable. Seating area converts to a small double. Bathroom, basin and shower. Fridge fine on hook up, not sure it’s good on gas. Hot water heater (gas) needs looked at but did work in recent past. Gas oven and hob all in working order. Wardrobe cupboard - excellent storage in cabinets etc. External lockable tack locker plus large storage locker and 2 smaller ones. There is a spare tyre in a 3rd rear locker.
