The front panel door and two volume buttons are missing. The microswitches can be seen in the pictures and are easily reached with a pen so the volume can still be operated from the panel when not using the remote. I still have one of the broken buttons and that can be used to scan and 3D print replacements, and also the volume/programme switch can be used as a model as it uses an identical button. Note that the flat screen has a 100Hz refresh rate and may not work with some models of gaming ray guns. Collection only. The TV is sold as is. It worked well for me but I can't guarantee it will match your expectations. It is an old, massive CRT TV after all. Happy to answer any questions.
