Yamaha xt500 G 1980

Barn find, not currently running 1980 Yamaha XT 500 G, gold rim edition. Brown original log book with matching frame and engine numbers. (No keys) I own this bike/barn find 5 years now, when I bought it the previous owner had informed me he parked it up in his cow shed running we’re it sat for 23 years, as he fell ill and couldn’t use it but wanted to keep it. That is the shed I rolled it out of. I have only washed the bike and put it into storage till I finished others projects that have now been finished. Bike has compression, It is a restoration project, mostly there just missing original exhaust but has an after market one from that period and missing a rear original indicator. Aluminium tank has no dents only two very small paint chips. €4000 only absolutely no offers.
