1974 BMW 2002

Classic BMW 2002, fully restored : the body was stripped to the bone and all rusty parts such as both front fenders, both outer sills rear wheel arches, etc were replaced with new parts and panels. Less affected parts were repaired. The whole body was subjected to full anti-corrosion treatment plus cavity wax. The engine was fully rebuilt and now it has a little over 2500 km. New clutch and pressure plate was installed too. The suspension was overhauled with new absorbers but the original shock absorbers are available too. The interior was done too but I kept the original black with red trim leather seats. While the car is not in concourse condition it is very close to it. The car was restored with the purpose of being a reliable daily driver rather than a static exhibit. I'm selling it because I'm moving out of the country and a RHD car would be a hassle on the continental Europe. The only issue that needs to be be sorted yet are the rubber door seals that are to be replaced with new ones that are on already on order from England. While the price is not cast in stone, a lot of money and time were invested in this car so, I'm open only to sensible offers.
