Austin Mini 1984

Bodywork. I have replaced the following, both front wings, door sills, front panel and drivers door, a panels, windscreen lower panel, bonnet. Car has been resprayed. The bonnet does have a slight kink in it (easily fixed) as I was stupid enough to drive it without the bonnet catch properly closed. Car has been completely resprayed externally in the original colour. All door/rubber seals have been replaced. New rear fog lamp and 4 spots to the front. Towing eye also fitted. New chrome bumpers, wing mirrors and new door and boot locks and new locking petrol cap. Only 1 ignition key, but I have an original blank that can be cut. New ball joints. New rear suspension rubber cones. Chrome colour windscreen washers (and a spare pair). Also fitted disc brakes to the front and also fitted adjustable tie rods. Damper gas shocks. In terms of soundproofing, I have the bonnet soundproofing fitted and also have the soundproofing to be fitted to the floor. Engine Modifications. Twin SU’s (completely refurbished by Andrew Turner). 12G295 head (correctly skimmed by MiniFix). SW5 cam shaft (kicks in at around 3250 RPM). Re-honed block. Electronic ignition. Road/rally distributor. Performance exhaust. New clutch. Alloy rocker cover. High energy coil. Tuned by Lloyd Hutchinson in Delgany. Interior. Wooden dash with all clocks (and yes, the worm gear has been changed for the 10’ wheels so it is reading correctly). Also converted the speedometer and clocks to Magnolia faces and is reading in Kph not Mph. Mini cooper seats (I have the original seats) recovered in cream colour along with front and rear door cards. Rear seatbelts fitted. Wooden steering wheel (Mountney). Decent enough stereo with 4 speakers, Bluetooth etc. New headlining. I also have the brackets for the boot board, but not the actual board. Wooden gear knob.
