Golf GTI Mk1 (Original Dublin Car)

1983 Volkswagen Golf GTI Mk1. Original Dublin Car 101, 000 miles. 1800cc Engine - Fuel injection. 5-Speed Gearbox. Diamond Metallic Silver with Black and White pinstripe interior. Factory Sunroof. MFA on-board computer - (working as it should). Four Headlamp Grille, Tinted glass, Silver metallic paint, Original Alloy Wheels. This mk1 has spent all its life in Dublin, hence its original Dublin Registration: HSI 757. 
The 1983 model year was the final year for the Mk1 GTI and the most sought after Mk1 model especially with the 1800cc engine. This example has a really solid shell - No Rust. Paint looks like very fresh. Original factory seal can be still seen in the Engine bay.
Interior — seats, dash, headliner and trim all present well. The MFA Onboard Computer displays fuel economy, distance, fuel range, engine temperatures and external temperatures, it was pretty advanced for 1983. 
Everything very original — no modern twists, no ‘improvements’ it’s still got it’s period Pioneer Stereo. A front strut brace is the only addition. Anyone who knows - knows. This is a very rare example, hard to find a genuine original Dublin car. This Golf has been dry stored for the last 30 years.
