I bought an Audi A3 back in January! Breffni was so informative & sent me plenty of videos, etc before I bought the car. The Audi was in top condition & I still 6 months later feel like I’m driving a new car! It had new alloys & the back windows were tinted. I love it! I’ll definitely purchase from them again & id highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional seller with disrespectful attitude towards client . Wouldn't recommend it. Makes me feel like he is making me a favour to sell the car. All was ok until I asked to provide proof on service'nct' and history 'then the seller start giving me attitude as I am asking of God knows what. Need to learn a lot of customer service and how to treat his clients with respect.
Promised to deliver a car on certain day (which i booked my mechanic to look at the car) then they cancelled the delivery at last minute. Next day he suppose to deliver the car only at the time which suits him 'didn't took into any consideration of my availability and arrangedments i made. Car at the end was not delivered at all as it didn't suit him to go through m50 traffic!. Adding here that the delivery wasnt free of charge.

Update to the below response from the dealer:
I never said I want delivery in the late evening - That is a lie and I have all messages to proof. One day you told me the delivery would be in the afternoon which then you cancelled at last minute when I had my mechanic arranged.  Then the next day you said the delivery is only possible at lunch time ,there was no slight will of negotiation from your side. You never asked me if any other day or time would suit. I politely asked for afternoon delivery as that's the only time I could do. Response I got: " there is no way i am sending someone at that time on m50" And quoting your message if " I don't like it you can sell the car to someone else" . Well good luck with with your future sales with attitude like that.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this dealership. Breffni was extremely unprofessional both over the phone and in person, and he clearly lacked experience in the field. I was shocked that someone like this was employed there. The dealership was not honest about car details or the delivery schedule. After buying the car, they were completely unhelpful in resolving any issues. I do not recommend this dealership at all. I recommend taking the car to a mechanic for a check or just buying a car from your local dealer, so if you have any issues, it will be easier to go back to the same place.
