Mercedes-Benz 500 SEL 1986

This is a truly beautiful classic car. It is a top of the range Mercedes 500 SEL. With deep pile burgundy carpets and matching leather interior the luxury of this car cannot be overstated. It has just been taxed for the year €56 and will be NCT exempt in about 14 months. The pictures do not do this car justice. It drives beautifully, with it smooth V8 engine cruising effortlessly through the automatic gearbox with its two settings sport and economy. The car is in very good condition for its age. The interior is especially good. Mechanically I cannot find any faults with it. The bodywork is excellent apart from a small bit of corrosion at the tip of both rear wheel arches. As part of the sale two new galvanised wheel arches come with the car. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a head turning classic needing very light restoration for under 5k.
