What brought us to their site was a selection of affordable cars in, what seemed to be, great condition. What kept us was the great service offered by both Shane, and Brefini.
We were purchasing from Cork, so seeing the car beforehand wasn’t going to happen without footage, which Brefini was kind enough to personally take for us.
The guys were happy to answer all manner of questions over the course of a couple days, took care of all the paperwork, and  even had the car delivered to Cork in a week.
We’ve had it now for almost three weeks, and I have zero complaints. Very happy with our purchase, and I’m happy to recommend these fellows far and wide.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Byrne Motor Company. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism I encountered was utterly unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the staff's arrogant and dismissive attitude made it clear that they had no interest in treating their customers with even a modicum of respect.

Instead of addressing my questions and concerns, the salespeople were condescending and dismissive. It felt like they were more interested in making a quick sale than genuinely helping me find the right vehicle. Their rude behavior and lack of customer service skills were shocking.

I would rather spend more money at a dealership where I'm treated with the respect and courtesy every customer deserves than give another penny to Byrne Motor Company. Their unprofessionalism is not worth enduring, no matter how good the deal might seem. Avoid this place if you value being treated with basic human decency.
