1990 Mk2 Golf VR6 Mileage: 63,296 miles NCT: 31/07/25 Tax: 04/25 Engine: Originally a 1.3 converted to a mk3 VR6 (AAA). Timing chain & water pump replaced. Eurowise thermostat housing & metal water (crack pipe). New oil cooler & hoses. Rear main seal, rocker cover, intake and exhaust gaskets replaced. Oil cooler sensors replaced. 6 branch manifold mated to a 2.5" Ta Technix system Ramair intake. Fabless manufacturing hydraulic clutch conversion with 02j shifter upgrade. Gearbox oil also changed. Mk3 subframe and VR6 crossmember, all mounts replaced. Mk3 power steering rack with Mk4 power steering pump. Oil and filter changed less then 1k ago. Brakes & Suspension: Jom Coilovers. 16v hubs with rebuilt G60 brakes up front running brembo discs. Mk4 rear disc conversion with M-tech groove and vented discs. 9" servo with T4 master cylinder (25mm). All hard, flexi brake lines and rear brake compensator replaced. Wheel bearings, track rods, wishbones and bushes replaced all round. Wheels: 16" Junk Dreg Black centers with polished lips. Staggard 8" up front and 9" at the rear. Fronts: 195/40/16 Rears: 195/45/16 Tyres in good condition all round with plenty of the thread. Interior: 16v rainbow seats. Momo steering wheel. Black carpets and trim. Original radio with all speakers and ariel replaced. New fiberglass headliner in black. GTI clocks with original milage swapped over. Rev gauge and MFA stalk also wired in and working. Original parcel shelf. Exterior: 3 door small bumper finished Alpine white. 16v small bumper lip. Small bumper with red trim (rear bumper is aftermarket). Quad grill geadlights. Sunroof in working order. Badges replaced all round and golf livery down the side. 16v rear taillights. Bodywork in very good condition for 34 years old and is very presentable. 3 stage detail over the summer and PDR to remove some minor imperfections (just one he could not get out below the taillight).
