Twin Keel 19ft Sea Wych Sailing Yach

This boat was bought by my father around 12 years ago for €3000 with an outboard motor. It was very little used for one season and has been sitting in the carpark opposite the house ever since. Unfortunately it is in poor condition. The main body is intact, but rot has taken a lot of the woodwork. The mainsail and jib are not usable. Another issue is that the trailer that its sitting on has a broken axel and is not functioning. Boat needs to be removed as we wish to build a shed where it is sitting.
