10/10 to the team in Audi North Dublin I first visited last Tuesdsy 04/02/2025 to have my late son’s treasured Audi A6 serviced . He had purchased it in the Audi Centre Sandyford but unfortunately never got to enjoy it. It was his wish that I take it over and look after it for him Audi North Dublin is a closer location for me so I embarked on the difficult task . It was an emotional journey for me so I was so lucky to have been received at Audi North Dublin by the lovely Chloe who showed remarkable empathy in a delicate situation for a girl so young . Chloe got me a cup of tea and prepared the necessary paperwork and told me the procedure. . She was friendly and warm but professional at all times and is happy to be celebrating her first anniversary being with the company . She introduced me to Darragh who changed the Audi over from my son’s phone to mine. Darragh explained it all to me and had the changeover done very fast and efficiently, closely watched by Cliona , who had just started there on Tuesday and was shadowing Darragh The customer service here is second to none. I was given a lift to Clearwater Shopping Centre while the car was in the workshop . Shay was friendly and chatted away on the drop off there and very kindly collected me again.after Chloe rang to say the car was ready to go I wax shown to the car which had been freshly shampood and hoovered inside after being given an overview of the service and health check carried out . The waiting area is comfortable with ample seating in a quiet ambience . There are complimentary refreshments and WiFi which adds to a positive customer experience Thank you Chloe, Darragh , Shay and the Audi North Dublin Team . I can highly recommend !

Fab experience. Totally recommend Dave. Excellent knowledge of all things Audi. I was between a BMW jeep and an Audi Jeep and went with the Audi because of Dave. Nothing was too much bother for him.
