Although I didn't buy it from them I've had my car serviced with Audi North Dublin since I got it. I have dealt with various different personnel in the service department over the 5 years but the last few times it has been Laura and the personal service is excellent - she always give an overview in advance of what the costs will be, doesn't try to hard sell me on extra services, organises a lift to my work when I drop the car, rings me with an update on progress and to run through the health check, makes sure the car is ready on time for when I get over to collect, follows up after the service to check is everything okay. Really efficient, professional and very personable. The way a good service expereice should be! I've never looked at buying a car from them but this positive experience in service would make me strongly consider it. Don't lose Laura - she's an important part of the total customer experience and a strong impact on potential sales!

Do yourself a favour DONT use this company. BRING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A GARAGE THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR MONEY. I purchased a car here November 23. There was a few hiccups nothing to get annoyed over, then clearly being a nice understanding customer turns into an automatic door mat because the service went to pieces pretty quickly ... I was messed around unbelievably in the summer and when they took my car to eventually put right the issues I'd purchased the car with my car was damaged 💔 I didn't notice it when I collected coz it was lashing rain, I what's apped the service manager the next morning with photos, asked him to find out who drove my car and he said he would, never heard back, was in contact again in October and there was an "email" sent to him and a "note" left on his desk, here we are just about to enter 2025 and NO CONTACT from anybody.
