Bought 2 cars in the past. Went up to get a price and staff just leave you standing there. Went over to reception area and asked could I get a price. Lady replied can't give you an individual price. Then she asked oh have you a trade in. I said yes. She said she would get someone over. Most of them walk about all important looking. Guy came out started taking pictures it will be awhile before I get a price. I thought this strange. He said they don't price he had to send it off to an independent buyer and they come back with a price. I was saying to myself why did I bother I swore after the last car I'd never go there again. Eventually got the price after waiting. Ridiculous price.

I recently took my Audi to Audi North Dublin for a service on 02.08.2024, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome. Since the service, my vehicle has developed several issues that were not present before: 1. Damaged Windshield Nozzles: Both nozzles for the windshield cleaning system were broken during the service, leaving the system unusable. 2. Oil Leakage: After the service, my car started showing a low oil warning, and I discovered oil leaking from the vehicle. This problem only started after the service was performed. Before this service, my car was in perfect condition with no issues at all. The fact that these problems arose immediately after a routine service is unacceptable. I expected much better from Audi North Dublin, but this experience has severely undermined my trust in their services. I strongly recommend others to be cautious when servicing their vehicles here.
