[This was all resolved well. I wish I hadn't had to whine on Google to get this outcome, but I have to say that the folks at Frank Keane followed up and took care of the problems. Kudos to them for that] Pay for a diagnosis at the Naas Road Branch (because they don't have a month of backlog). Call the Blackrock branch to book a service based on that diagnosis. Get told that the Naas Road estimate has no applicability to the Blackrock branch, so a new diagnosis (for money!) will be required. I wonder, have they heard of email?

The team in BMW blackrock are one of a kind. My experience with them was 10/10. I have nothing bad to say. The service team looked after me so well and all were so lovely. I will definitely be returning to them if I ever have any issues

Very friendly and amazing people. They always ready to offer any help and answer your questions. I have visited the showroom many times and almost all the time I was happy with the visit. Unfortunately, their Car Parts department is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I am yet to do a service with them, but I have a feeling already that they would do well.
