Update 22/05/2025 : I was able to get a booking with FK after back&forth with BMW IE. FK team also gave me a call to explain the situation, acknowledged the issue and addressed my concerns. I'm satisfied at the moment, changing my 1 star to 2. Will be happy to make it 5 after the appointment. Very poor customer service. I've been ringing them from the last 2 months regarding recall on my car but everytime on the call they say you'll get a call back within a day or two but I never did. So frustrating.

Happened to be in the area and walked in to get a quote 5 weeks ago, showed what I needed done, left my details and heard nothing back since. Followed up with phonecalls but couldn’t get through. The lady in the service department was pleasant however I will probably go elsewhere.

I had an appointment to have the car checked and this is a routine thing but They didn't give me the test report. when I went to receive the car I noticed that my car tire was smashed and very damaged it seems that one of the customers does not have enough experience in driving so he hit the tire with something I met a video when I received the car and told them about this incident and they did not care about the matter and the carpenter named Keith spoke to me and told me we will fix the issue and he did not respond to my calls and messages for a month .. Despite that when my car was finished being checked my car battery died and no longer charged they completely ruined the car they do not have enough experience and they are butchers who only want money and do not care about anything else I advise no one to go there they are idiots
