Very impressed with the customer service, during and after sale. Don’t normally do ratings or feedback, but Frank Keane Blackrock deserves five stars based on my interactions with Kevin Desay. The level of customer service in some of the other Dublin BMW dealerships is very poor. Frank Keane is the only BMW dealership I would buy from.

Very friendly and amazing people. They always ready to offer any help and answer your questions. I have visited the showroom many times and almost all the time I was happy with the visit. Unfortunately, their Car Parts department is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I am yet to do a service with them, but I have a feeling already that they would do well.
