Ford Explorer the ALL New Ford Explorer -premium

Had my car in for a servicing. The receptionist kept me up to date while my car was in the garage which I really appreciated. My car was ready at the time specified. All staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. My car was immaculate upon collecting which was a lovely surprise! The company also send reminders when due for servicing etc. Would highly recommend Lyons of Limerick. Wonderful to deal with!

Recently bought a Ford Puma from this garage. I cannot fault the service I received from start to finish. Salesman was knowledgable, kind, genuine and professional. I really appreciated his input as a lady who doesn’t know too much about cars. I am really happy with my car and everything is going really well with it. I had a couple of questions re paperwork after I bought the car, I received all answers promptly. Finance aspect of the car was sorted very quickly too. Things were processed very quickly and I was driving my new car within a week from first looking. Wonderful, efficient garage. Thank you!

Went to view a secondhand RR Vogue here, and it was a big let down. The car wasn’t ready at all and had numerous small issues, and had to be jump started, despite me having called in advance to make an appointment to view it. The salesman, while helpful, told me that they were too busy with getting brand new RR Sports out for registration for the new year to be able to do anything with the secondhand stuff. They also asked for more money than what the car was advertised for to get the “LR Approved” Vogue up to the correct standard. On another occasion, I rang about parts for my RR Vogue, and when I was given the quote for the first part, I asked for the part No. so that I could confirm it was the colour I was expecting, because the part comes in more than one colour with several part no’s. The guy said they don’t give out part numbers and said goodbye and went to hang up the phone. I said I wasn’t finished, and asked him if he was just about to hang up the phone. He said he was. I told him I was hoping to order three parts on this occasion, but that if that was his attitude that I’d go somewhere else and I ended the call. In my experience, main dealers for any brand meet a much higher standard than this. This company aren’t even worth the time it takes to contact them. I’ll be going elsewhere in the future.
