Had a small problem with my ford focus while travelling in ireland and sent them an email to see if they could just do a quick check on my car before travelling up to Dublin to catch ferry home and I was booked in for a check and waited in waiting room with tea and coffee and they fixed my problem in minutes and I was on my way and did not charge me fantastic service a credit to the ford group.
