Brought my car back for its first service since I purchased my vehicle, staff very friendly and professional. Couldn't fault the service department, special thanks to Anne and Ismael

Also visited the dealership to have a physical look at the new T-Cross. After looking around for 5-10 minutes i was finally approached by a agent and had a conversation about the car and finance options available. Long story short after leaving my details for a quote personally and even sending it via online submission I have not been contacted at all. I assume my money is not good enough. This was weeks ago. Compared to the Seat dealer that responded the next day to an inquiry. Cars might be good but the service seems to be lacking. Two stars since they at least pretended to listen, even if they had conflicting information compared to the online builder. Update: The sales person did contact me, and the information was sent in a timely manner, however when talking about buying a car after indicating that i would not like to wait 4 months to get it, the conversation became one sided where i had to fish for options and trying to find alternative options out of the agent, almost like it was clear he was instructed to contact me to comply and not viewed as a customer and help me..but perhaps the lack of "what can we do to help you find the car and here are options available at the moment, or if you visit the dealership we could show you what is available and what could be arranged after checking with our sister dealers" or similar response was expecting / asking too much effort when only going to be spending around 35k?. Black water has what seems to be multiple locations, so after spending 5 minutes online I found models listed online at their dealer in Black water Skibbereen. I will see if they respond in a different manner. All in all I assume they have many customers lining up to buy cars since the service provided does not indicate that they value me as a customer. I hope your experience with them will be different.

Definetly will not be a return customer.. Customer service here is shocking. Bought a car back in may and nothing about buying the car was straight forward. I had to come back three times to get to view and purchase.. the first time it wasn't even there even though I had a test drive booked.. Then it was meant to be valeted and ready to go so if I was happy with how it drove I could purchase it there and tben.. It was given a quick wipe on the outside and the interior was beyond filthy so I had to walk away again.. When I eventually got the car then it needed a new key which had to be ordered and it was booked in to be coded for a couple of weeks later... I dropped it off and they didn't have the right key to do it when they phoned me later that day so it had to be booked in for another couple of weeks time... I was also due a refund of the nct cost as it was due to be tested and was told I would get this refunded as they guarantee it will pass. I've given my bank details to the agent I was dealing with more than 3 times and never saw it.. Along with having to waste my annual leave and the amount of empty promises they leave you with its a very disappointing and frustrating experience dealing with them.. I had noticed before I bought the car that there were a lot of bad reviews left here but I foolishly thought "they can't be that bad to deal with can they?" but I was sorely mistaken..
