He followed up via email with all of the items that I requested. He was very efficient and more than courteous. I have dealt with numerous sales people but can say that Tadhg is one that I would 100% recommend. I have had various dealings with Blackwater motors through sales enquiries and then services and they have been excellent. Other dealerships could learn a lot about customer service from Blackwater motors.

Recently purchased my first Volkswagen. I seen an advert online for the car. I reached out to Blackwater Motors online and Tadhg Murphy from sales reached out to me. I came in to look at the car and took it for a test drive. Tadhg was very professional and understood what i was looking for from the beginning. After a few days i decided to purchase a 2017 Golf. Tadgh kept me up to date on how the car was doing and let me know when it was ready to be collected. Car was spotless when i collected it. Tadhg brought me out to the car and showed me all the features that the car had and had plenty of time and never made any part of the buying process feel rushed. Will definately be returning again in the future. Would definately recommend calling into Tadhg if you are thinking of buying a car
