I had a problem with a Thetford fridge ( Rollerteam T Line 740)  and after exhausting forums and FB advice I contacted local dealers for assistance .
Abbey Caravans not only went above and beyond in their efforts to help , but were communicative and proactive . Replacement fridge sourced and installed before the booked date .

I cannot rate the service I got from Abbey Caravans and Leiure highly enough  and will be back for whatever work the motorhome needs .

To give some context the response I got from the largest MH dealer in NI was the polar opposite of what Abbey Caravans & Leisure offered. Once the large MH dealer found out I hadnt purchased the MH direct  from them their avaialble service dates increased by 3 months .

Abbey Caravans and Leisure have also provided a solution to installing a smart TV and sourced a suitable bracket from another brand of motorhome.

Called on Saturday morning with a leisure battery issue and spoke with Heather. Brought my camper down and Heather and Gareth were great. Short notice but they managed to sort a new leisure battery for me and fit it. Great customer service from Gareth who couldn’t have been more helpful!

Just bought our first motorhome from these guys. Lovely people who were happy to take the time to explain and demonstrate everything. Had a good range of vans and some great prices. Helped us choose the right one for our family and then made sure we got the accessories we needed, also at a good price. Fantastic stock of parts and consumables in the shop and there's nothing Heather can't find. We went to this garage due to a problem with our van. The garage owner and his son made themselves available as soon as we arrived to take a look at our issue, which was becoming quite problematic, despite a long waiting list. They quickly identified the source of the problem and allowed us to continue our journey under better conditions. In addition to their professionalism, they were particularly warm and friendly, and we had a great moment! We highly recommend this garage without any hesitation.

So, after months of research online, I finally dropped into my local Dealer - Abbey Caravans -  (a business I've driven by every day for 30+ yrs without any need to visit🙄), and was immediately impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the brains of the business - Gareth, the sales guy. Over two visits, my wife and I viewed over 20 different models and makes before finding our ideal first motorhome layout, largely due to the advice of Gareth & his dad Jim.

No hard sell, no pressure, 'take as long as you need', sleep on it '....come back next month' ??? 🙈🙉 ... I think i wanted a motorhome more than they wanted to sell one, but genuinely their professionalism, advice and service throughout explain why this place is so busy with customers from everywhere.

10 days later , finance sorted, the professional handover service from Philip (& Heather in reception) just confirmed my observations that buying local and wanting top quality service was 100% the right thing to do.
