Picked up my 2022 plate Fiesta MHEV Auto from Bright Ford Airside yesterday (Friday, September 6, 2024) and the process, from start to finish, was stress free. I went here for service parts on my Ford custom ecoblue. They have a lot of transit vans parts in stock, which was what I wanted (I did not have time to wait for parts to be delivered from autodoc germany, over 2 weeks' wait time).

Purchased a second hand skoda Kodiak from David. (nov 24)  From the first email it was a 5 star service, a personalized video sent to me, a follow up email and phone call (but never pushy) very good back and forth in the questions and answers and what was needed from my end (and theirs). Felt very reassured the whole way through. Couldn't recommend them enough. A+ service.

I would give no stars but that’s not an option.

Disgraceful customer service. The staff on the service desk are extremely rude. Seemed to get enjoyment out of embarrassing and humiliating us in front of other customers and staff.

The garage carried out work on my car without my permission leaving me with a bill 2 weeks before Christmas.

I would avoid at all costs, unless you want shocking customer service and work to be carried out without your permission.
