Picked up my 2022 plate Fiesta MHEV Auto from Bright Ford Airside yesterday (Friday, September 6, 2024) and the process, from start to finish, was stress free. Great service and completed ontime. The staff were very friendly to deal with. Small issue with the pick up option but this was sorted when talking to the service rep.

Very poor business customer service.  A year ago tried to get a quote on my new van - no response.  Few days ago tried again- no response even after phone call which was meant to be some kind of pre quote information gathering.
