Very nice BYD dealer. Bought 2 cars there and will buy another in a year or so. James is brilliant in explain the car and solve all the deal, always encouraging test drive to decide the best car for you. Really recommend test an EV there.

I had an awesome experience from contacting BYD till the car was delivered and even after delivery.Fahri was extremely experienced and such a polite person. He tends to answer all the questions as quickly as possible. I did lots of test drives of other cars and showroom, the personal care for the customer made me go with BYD. Thanks Fahri for all the help and Seal U is astonishing with so many features I havent even explored yet.

James here is one of the most helpful lads I've come across. Honest and sound from the get go and went out of his way to get a replacement car when a warning light for a part came on.

I dealt with Jordan, in BYD North, he was extremely quick in responding to my request for a test drive, arranged the date and time, he demonstrated strong knowledge of different type of vehicles.  He followed up if I have further questions. Pity that vehicle model I was interested in was not in stock anymore. However I highly recommend him for his professional attitude.
