Anyone can sell new equipment, it's when things go wrong and how it's dealt with is when you sort the good from the bad. Coughlans were excellent in dealing with a new mower I purchased there, which unfortunately had issues. They kept me informed, chased up the status. Resolved the issue as quick as they could. That is customer care.

Called in next day to collect 3 big items as arranged (ready/assembled) at the door. was also given a demo by Roy, on how to operate all of them & fuel/additives to use.

Never felt rushed in any of my questions or made to buy a product that was overkill for my needs.

Recently bought a new mulching lawnmower here
Found the sales guys here very helpful, knowledgeable, and they assembled the machine for us.
2years aftersales warranty on mower also.

Stay away from this shop, selling Chinese belts more expensive than the original Husqvarna belts in other Husqvarna shops for my ride on lawnmower.Broke two in one season,fuxxxx joke, actually all spare parts that I have gotten in there were Chinese. Once they sold me battery and when i got home the battery had 0 voltage in, don't waste your time in this shop and order original parts online. I have had so much trouble with this shop and thats the only reason I'm leaving feedback.
