Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Paid cash for a new car in March and after 6 months of emailing and calling, today I got my spare key (6 months later). Very poor customer service from sales team, on escalating matters to the various managers the service was equally as poor. Joe Duffy Kia in swords has competitive prices but not worth it for the poor service.

Sadly the service continues to be herrendous, a year after buying the car I booked the service which was meant to be free. Annabelle has been unhelpful and ignoring emails. I just called a day before to find out what time I need to be there which messes me up now for the work start time too as no information was received. I requested a call back from the manager and will be suprised if I get one.

If you are looking for a horrendous pre and post sale customer service experience then look no further than Joe Duffy Motors in Swords. From the very outset these guys lied and misled me regarding the sale & readiness of a second hand vehicle. The sales experience itself took over three weeks and now four weeks post sale and I still have the unfortunate experience of having to deal with these guys (to get a matter closed out) who have absolutely zero concept of how provide good customer service. Avoid this garage at all costs, I wish I had.

Customer service absolutely terrible, ringing and sending mails about a 22 Kia sportage I bought 3 weeks ago, was promised to send touch up paint because the car was marked no appointment or info regarding this matter, told me they would reimburse me the money for the tax sent then a confirmation mail regarding the tax and my bank details still no money or contact from the branch, was also promised a yearly service parts and labour God only knows if they will stand over that I was dealing Sonny mailed him nothing if I don't hear anything soon I bought the car out right I'll be demanding my money back, please God I don't get a problem with the car

Went in to look at the EV6 with the offers available currently. Figures provided by sales man didn't match what was advertised on the Kia Ireland site. Was told he would follow up with finance and get back to me. This is over a week ago and no call back. I've rang and left a message for a call back to see if the issue has been sorted but again no reply. Awful service. Joe
