WORST EXPERIENCE! STAY CLEAR.
I bought a car I can't get in or out off.
- Customer service I received from day one has been nothing but a joke. I reported an issue with my central locking on all doors of my car while in warranty. They assured me they fixed it- yet I was still experiencing issues sporadically. After horrendous customer service it deferred me from ever dealing with them again- however the issue was never resolved so I forced to reach back out to see exactly what they did to 'fix' the issue with my car. If I'm taking it to a new garage I need to know parts fitted(as they could be faulty & have a warranty)- now they have made little of me while I've spoken to them on the phone requesting the information and ignored emails, which make me believe they done Nothing to resolve the issue in the first place. Very Suss.
Dodgy car sales men- or maybe just because I was a young woman dealing with them, I'm not sure.
Stay clear is my advice

Shocking response by the Owner, but Finally a response I suppose....
Again- I stated November 2023 while my car was in warranty an issue with my central locking on ALL doors. I am not asking for my car to be fixed under warranty so Please read you emails or pay attention to your customers phone calls. I walked out of your building in tears after been towered over and spoken aggressively by a member of your staff-Gareth- hence the reason for leaving it as my very last option to contact you to make this enquiry.  I was told one lock in the drivers door was fixed- AS YOU CAN SEE STATED IN THE EMAIL that I have sent multiple times with NO response.
I need to know parts that were fitted to fix ALL the doors- As Nissan have told me the part you stated you put in ONLY fixes the drivers door.(Also Nissan could not confirm that the part was for my car-JUST TO BE CLEAR.) The fact is you have NEGLECTED to fix all doors although this was Clearly outlined as the initial issue. unless Darragh, can you simply tell me what you did to fix the other doors please?
