Me and my family(family of 6) Had the most amazing encounter with this team special shout out to Paddy he was our MAN✅ from start to finish and continuously communication is excellent. The service they rendered is undeniably the best. I have been around garages and dealership in many years but by far Martin Barrett is the best family oriented! I could not highly recommend them enough but am ever so grateful and delighted we have found them. We will be back for out future car.

Lovely guy called Gavin checked my car thoroughly and said nothing was wrong with it. It just needed lubricant. He was kind and emphatetic and charged nothing. I will always have my car serviced by Barrett's.

No Integrity to be found at this place. It was all smiles and jokes until it wasn't. If you say you will ring someone back then you do the courteous thing and ring them back. If you don't like an honest answer thats given to a question you asked, then just be upfront and stop stringing people along. People will respect that and move on.

Unprofessional. Viewed a car on a Saturday and I immediately expressed my keen interest in the car. Was told they would give me a ring during the week. I had to ring four times as I hadn’t heard anything. Each time I was told the member of the sales team, Paddy, which I was dealing with when viewing the car etc would ring me back. Eventually after ringing four days in a row he returned my call. Then told me he would give me a ring back again with figures etc. I have not heard back from him. Even a quick  phonecall or email to let me know what was happening would have sufficed. So unprofessional and any other member of staff I spoke to on the phone seemed annoyed and snappy. Not exactly the service you would expect after expressing a keen interest to purchase a car. Would not recommend this place.

Can't say I've had a great experience with these guys. Were they friendly? Yeah. But that's where it stops.

When I paid 7k for my car off them i was assured that they would pay the car tax as it was 3 months out of date. However they didn't do this. They also said they had the full service history of the car, however it wasn't with the car, they had to find it and foolish me believed them. I'm after making several phone calls and calling in several times but nothing - someone always seems to be on holidays and that someone is the only one that can sort it. They apparently serviced the car before selling it to me, however, i can't even get that off them.

Back to the car tax, finally got someone to speak to me and his words were, have you received the logbook yet, to which I said yes. His reply was, well it's your responsibility to tax it then because we don't tax cars.

So as it stands i paid 7k for the car, then the car tax on top and insult to injury i have to pay the arrears for the car tax despite me not even owning the car.

I'd avoid them, or at least be sure you have everything and they do everything they said they'd do before you pay for it.
